Summary spoilers for the whole series

An island kingdom cut off from the mainland by the Aimian Sea, once one of the Silver Kingdoms and a nation of the Era of Solitude. Most of its people were wiped out in the Scouring, probably in fighting over the gemheart-bearing lanceryn. Its Aimians are not human: they have deep blue crystalline eyes, shadows that point toward light, and skin markings they can change at will.
