Dungeon Crawler Carl

Summary spoilers for the whole series

A former Orisha god, the Lord of Smallpox, who has faded to a ghost-like presence and visits a small town he once helped rule. He is a level 130 city boss. Repairing his shrine would end the ghommid outbreak without letting him back into the Halls of Ascendency; leaving it means a boss fight.
