An enormous, stable macro AI near the galaxy's centre that predates the Syndicate and projects an Enhancement Zone over the inner systems. It is described as bloated and comatose, kept swollen by primal elements the Syndicate harvests from dead crawlers and seeded worlds. Cults and factions fight over whether it should sleep, and it is revealed as the final form of an ancient Primal collective.
