Cinematic

Ch'ah Toh Almehen, a mutant born in 1571 to a tribe changed by vibranium-laced water, is the long-lived king of the undersea realm Talokan, where his people worship him as K'uk'ulkan. Hardened against the surface world by colonial cruelty, he moved against Wakanda when the United States hunted vibranium in the ocean. He killed Queen Ramonda, lost a duel to Shuri as Black Panther, and yielded, agreeing to an alliance.
