Shinji Yokohama
M.O.D.O.K. and Hit-Monkey
Shinji Yokohama is a Japanese politician who raised his niece Akiko and managed Ken Takahara's campaign. Trailing in the polls, he had the Bonsai Master order Ken's assassination, then ran in his place and became Prime Minister. He confesses to Akiko and is killed by Hit-Monkey.
