Hood (Parker Robbins)
Cinematic
Parker Robbins is a Chicago gang leader who made a pact with Mephisto for a magic cloak that gives invisibility, strength and bullet control while eroding him. He recruited the engineer Riri Williams into his crew for heists on TNNL and Heirlum Biotechnologies. His cousin and lieutenant John King died in the second job, and Ironheart later beat Hood and took the cloak, leaving him to seek help from Zelma Stanton.
