Agnes Cully, an Oklahoma girl with a gift for science, became the Hollywood actress Whitney Frost while secretly steering Isodyne Energy's research. A lab accident left Zero Matter in her skin and let her absorb people. She killed her husband, took over the Council of Nine and hunted more Zero Matter until Peggy Carter's SSR drained it from her in Los Angeles, after which she was confined to an asylum.
