Klingon political outsider who became Chancellor of the High Council in 2367 after Duras died, then won the civil war against the Duras family with Worf's help. He later ordered the 2372 invasion of Cardassia on false advice from a Changeling, joined the Dominion War, and was killed by Worf in 2375 after trying to undermine Martok.
