A Bajoran born in 2340 who grew up in refugee camps under the Cardassian occupation. After a disastrous mission and court martial she was reinstated in 2368 and served on the Enterprise-D under Picard, then defected to the Maquis in 2370. Later recruited by Starfleet Intelligence, she died in 2401 helping Picard escape a Changeling plot.

  3. 2358 Ro enters Starfleet Academy and graduates in 2362. source
  4. 2368 Released and reinstated for a covert mission, Ro joins the Enterprise-D and stays at Picard's request. source
  5. 2370 Sent to infiltrate the Maquis, Ro changes sides and leaves with them. source
  6. 2401 Ro boards the Titan-A, reveals her Changeling investigation to Picard and dies steering a bombed shuttle into an enemy ship. source
