First appears in Oathbringer.

Summary
One of the Unmade, an ancient and evil odious spren tied to the Thrill. Taravangian says he lacks the means to deal with it, and Adrotagia suggests it may be a Voidspren or linked to the Thrill. The Thrill only reaches people near him. His power was once bound to the area around Alethkar and moved west when Taravangian conquered Jah Keved.
