An orc attorney and judge of the Skull Empire, half-sister of Queen Consort Ugloo, who becomes adjutant to Carl and Donut. Blunt and by-the-book, she rules against both sides in Faction Wars. When the Prime Minister's office falls vacant she is named acting Prime Minister of the Syndicate and later runs its emergency headquarters on Earth.

6. She is named acting Prime Minister of the Syndicate after the no-confidence vote, eligible because her nieces and nephews died in orbit. source

1. She heads the Syndicate's temporary planetary headquarters, an emergency bunker in Florida that local weapons cannot damage. source
2. In chat during Carl's appearance on Plenty of Plenty, she tells him the AI has spread beyond the solar system and killed a Mantis system. source
3. She researches shutting down the dimensional spaces outside the playing field and switches off her communicator as the AI issues its ultimatum. source
