Summary spoilers for the whole series

A human rebel and leader of the Keres in Lunathion who planned bombings and was arrested by Danika Fendyr and the Pack of Devils. A legal loophole frees him the day Danika is killed, and he is arrested again within hours for her murder. Held in Adrestia Prison and tortured, he is later questioned by Hunt and Bryce in the Comitium.

  1. Danika and the Pack of Devils arrest Briggs in his bomb lab outside the city walls and find blueprints for destroying the White Raven. source
  2. A legal technicality frees Briggs the same day Danika and the Pack of Devils are killed. source

  4. After a trial he calls a sham, Briggs is imprisoned on an island prison off the coast of Lunathion and regularly tortured. source
