Also called Crescent City, a coastal metropolis on Valbara's southeastern shore, built five hundred years ago as a copy of an ancient Rhagan Sea city around a marble temple to Luna. Seven Heads govern its districts under a governor, while humans in Asphodel Meadows have no vote. Gates tied to ley lines connect the districts.
