Velaris

A hidden city on the western side of the Night Court, built on steep hills above a sapphire river and spread across white marble, sandstone and red stone. Its artists' quarter, the Rainbow, is its best known part. A High Lord of the Night Court hid it from the world, and Rhysand's long captivity Under the Mountain kept it safe. It is the Inner Circle's home.
