A flat-topped mountain on a bare, misty island in the Western Isles, where Prythian's worst criminals and creatures are kept. Strong wards force every visitor to walk in, and the gates open only to the Night Court High Lord's blood. Shadows of thought guard the cells, and no one sentenced there can be freed by anyone.
