Summary
One of the seven Heads of Lunathion, he ruled the Bone Quarter and led the House of Flame and Shadow. His age and origin are unknown; he claimed to come from a nameless place between the stars, a world ruled by the cauldron Wyrd. He tells Hunt that the Void the Princes of Hel worship also birthed him. He appears as a ten-foot, half-rotted, crowned figure in black velvet.
