Summary spoilers for the whole series

A pale, sprawling manor in the wealthy south-west of Rifthold, home to the Assassin's Guild under Arobynn Hamel. It has a marble foyer, a study, hedged and fenced grounds guarded by hired killers, and council chambers below ground. Arobynn's altered will left it to Aelin, who later sold it to the assassins Tern, Harding and Mullin.
