Summary spoilers for the whole series
A small mountain town on the continent of Valbara, about three hundred miles from Lunathion, where Bryce Quinlan grew up. The nearest big town is two hours off, and the town has a fair number of humans. Ember and Randall's house sits among tall conifers on a hill outside it, with Ember's pottery studio attached. It has a school, temple, restaurant and rec hall.
