Throne of Glass

Summary spoilers for the whole series

The second-largest city of Terrasen, built of dark stone between a lake and the Perranth Mountains in the south-east, with a castle that rivals Orynth's towers. Adarlan's conquest tore down its walls and put Vernon Lochan in charge. Morath's army later sacked it. After Erawan fell the people retook it, and Elide Lochan returned with Lorcan to rebuild.
