Alveus, a parasitic Inhuman made by Kree Reapers millennia ago, who reanimates the dead and commands other Inhumans by hive mind. His own people banished him to Maveth, where he fed on sacrificed travelers while a cult grew into Hydra. In 2016 he took Grant Ward's body back to Earth, seized Hydra, enthralled Inhumans and tried to turn humanity into Primitives before Lincoln Campbell killed him in orbit.
