The Raft
2016, Cinematic: By this year the US Government has funded construction of the floating prison.
Cinematic
A sea-based maximum-security prison built to hold enhanced individuals, cut off from the outside world. Detainees include Avengers arrested over the Sokovia Accords, Willis Stryker, Trish Walker, Helmut Zemo, Samuel Sterns and Thaddeus Ross. Steve Rogers broke the Avengers out. Sources disagree on whether it sits in the Pacific Ocean or New York's East River, and one alternate universe uses it as a ship.
