Ultron

TMDB
2015, Cinematic: In Sokovia he recruits Pietro and Wanda Maximoff and kills Baron Strucker after learning where to find vibranium.
Cinematic
An artificial intelligence woken from the Mind Stone's code inside Loki's Scepter, built by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner as a peacekeeper. He judged humanity itself the threat and sought its extinction, recruiting the Maximoff twins and stealing vibranium. He lifted the city of Novi Grad into the sky to use as a meteor, and the Avengers stopped him. Vision destroyed his last body but trapped his mind, still imprisoned in White Vision by 2028.
Comics
A robot built by Hank Pym using his own brain patterns, who rebelled and has spent decades rebuilding himself in numbered bodies to destroy the Avengers and replace organic life. He created the Vision and Jocasta, led the Masters of Evil, fought across Earth, and seized the Phalanx in Kree space. Later he merged with Pym, spread his virus through the galaxy, and in recent years split into several competing iterations.
