Yon-Rogg is a Kree commander who leads Starforce and answers to the Supreme Intelligence. In 1989 he killed Mar-Vell on Earth and took the human pilot Carol Danvers back to Hala as Vers, wiping her memories. Years later he pursued her through the Skrull war, lost the fight at Mar-Vell's laboratory, and was sent home to Hala with her message to the Supreme Intelligence.

Comics

Yon-Rogg is a Kree colonel from Hala whose career is bound to his rival Mar-Vell. After a Brood-galaxy mission, he took command of the ship Helion, then went to Earth, where he schemed against Mar-Vell and kidnapped Carol Danvers. A Psyche-Magnitron explosion apparently killed him and gave Carol her Kree traits. He later returned as Magnitron and tried to drop a Kree city on New York.
