Borg Queen

Prime

The singular mind coordinating the Borg Collective, an ancient being who is reincarnated after each death. She was killed by Data and Picard in 2373 after following the Borg into 2063, and again in 2378 when Janeway infected her aboard Voyager. A surviving Queen allied with rogue Changelings and was destroyed in 2401 over Jupiter.

3. 2378 Dies to a pathogen carried by the future Admiral Janeway, destroying the Unicomplex. source
4. 2401 Pursues Jack Crusher from a makeshift cube over Jupiter and dies when the Enterprise-D destroys it. source
