Romulan supernova survivor raised by the Qowat Milat on Vashti, trained in the Way of Absolute Candor and the tan qalanq. In 2399 he binds himself to Picard's mission as a qalankhkai. Later he becomes the first fully Romulan Starfleet cadet, dies in an alternate timeline in 2401, and is restored by Q.
