An Ocampa born underground in 2369, short-lived and telepathic. Rescued from the Kazon by Voyager in 2371, she ran its hydroponics and trained as the Doctor's assistant. Her mental powers surged until she left the ship to explore them. An embittered older version returned in 2376 before choosing to go home.

  1. 2369 Kes is born in the underground city of the Ocampa. source
  2. 2371 Kes leaves the city, is held and tortured by the Kazon-Ogla, and is freed with the help of Voyager. source
  3. 2371 Kes joins the Voyager crew with Neelix after the Caretaker's array is destroyed. source
  4. 2372 Kes loses Neelix and Tuvok to a transporter accident that creates Tuvix, and later asks for him to be separated. source
  5. 2373 Kes is possessed by the warlord Tieran, which ends her relationship with Neelix. source
  6. 2373 Kes falls for the Mikhal Traveler Zahir but chooses to stay aboard. source
  7. 2376 An aged Kes attacks Voyager and travels back to 2371, is killed by Janeway, and in the revised timeline stands down and returns to Ocampa. source
