Voyager's Emergency Medical Hologram, created by Lewis Zimmerman on Jupiter Station and activated full time in 2371 when the ship was thrown into the Delta Quadrant. Over seven years he grew into a person with friendships, a mobile emitter and a holo-family. He later served on the Dauntless, Voyager-A and the Athena in the 32nd century.

  2. 2371 Harry Kim activates the Doctor to treat casualties after Voyager is flung to the Delta Quadrant, and he becomes the ship's only physician. source
  3. 2374 The Doctor makes the first Alpha Quadrant contact when he is transmitted to the Prometheus. source
  4. 2374 The Doctor removes most of Seven of Nine's Borg implants after she leaves the Collective. source
  5. 2375 The Doctor, Janeway, Paris and Tuvok take part in the Delta Flyer rescue run into the Borg Unicomplex. source
  6. 2377 The Doctor is transmitted to Jupiter Station to treat the dying Lewis Zimmerman. source
  7. 2378 The Doctor returns to Earth after Admiral Janeway shortens Voyager's journey home, and delivers Miral Paris in the Borg transwarp hub. source
  8. 2385 The Doctor serves as chief medical officer on the new Voyager-A and mentors Zero. source
  9. 3195 The Doctor is chief medical officer of the Athena and teaches xenobiology at the reopened Starfleet Academy campus on Earth. source
