A Starfleet research and repair station orbiting Jupiter. In the 22nd century it serviced ships, supplied freighters and trained military assault teams; Enterprise returned there in 2151 for new phase cannons. In the 24th century it housed the holoprogramming centre where the Emergency Medical Hologram was created.
