Reginald Barclay

A gifted but anxious Human Starfleet systems engineer. He joined the Enterprise-D in 2366, overcame holo-addiction with Geordi La Forge's help, then served on the Enterprise-E. From 2374 he worked on the Pathfinder Project on Earth and made contact with the stranded Voyager, welcoming it home in 2378.

  1. 2366 Barclay transfers to the Enterprise-D as a lieutenant junior grade and is gradually accepted after Picard and La Forge back him. source
  2. 2367 An alien probe raises Barclay's intelligence and he takes over the Enterprise-D computer, steering it to the Cytherians. source
  3. 2369 Barclay accidentally releases the holographic Moriarty, who is later stored in a module. source
  4. 2373 Serving on the Enterprise-E, Barclay travels back to 2063 and meets Zefram Cochrane. source
  5. 2374 Barclay joins the Pathfinder Project on Earth to find a way to reach Voyager in the Delta Quadrant. source
  6. 2377 Barclay takes Voyager's Doctor to Jupiter Station to help the ailing Dr. Zimmerman. source
  7. 2377 Barclay foils a Ferengi plot that had altered a hologram sent to Voyager. source
  8. 2378 Barclay establishes daily real-time contact with Voyager and then welcomes the ship home to Earth. source
