Kelvin

Balthazar Edison, a Human MACO veteran and later Starfleet captain stranded on Altamid in 2164 when the Franklin crashed. Draining other beings with alien technology prolonged his life and mutated him into the warlord Krall. In 2263 he destroyed the Enterprise and attacked Yorktown before Kirk ended him.

1. 2164 His ship, the Franklin, is thrown through a wormhole and crashes on Altamid with only three survivors. source
2. 2263 Krall lures the Enterprise to Altamid, destroys it with his Swarm and takes most of its crew prisoner. source
3. 2263 He launches his Swarm against Starbase Yorktown to release the Abronath across the station. source
4. 2263 Kirk ejects Krall and the Abronath from Yorktown, and Krall is consumed by the weapon. source
