Thy'lek Shran

An Andorian Imperial Guard commander who began as an aggressive rival of Captain Archer and became an uneasy ally, trading debts across the Vulcan border dispute, the Xindi crisis and the Babel crisis. He later left the Guard to raise his family, returned to save his daughter in 2161, and was a general by 2164.

1. 2142 Shran is promoted to commander of the warship Kumari. source
2. 2151 He leads a raid on the Vulcan monastery at P'Jem and captures Archer, then frees him after the sensor array is found. source
3. 2151 Shran supports an uprising on Coridan and helps free Archer and T'Pol. source
4. 2152 Shran negotiates a cease-fire with the Vulcans on Weytahn, with Archer mediating. source
5. 2153 The Kumari enters the Delphic Expanse, seizes a Xindi prototype and is forced by Archer to jettison it. source
6. 2154 The Kumari helps defend Earth against the Xindi superweapon and destroys Dolim's ship. source
7. 2154 Shran leads Andorian ships against the Vulcan fleet before the invasion of Andoria is halted. source
8. 2154 The Kumari is destroyed by a Romulan ship and Shran loses his tactical officer Talas; he later duels Archer. source
9. 2156 Shran's daughter Talla is born to him and Jhamel. source
10. 2161 After leaving the Guard Shran emerges from hiding to rescue his daughter with Archer's help. source
11. 2164 Now a general, Shran makes Archer an honorary member of the Andorian Guard. source
