A desert Class M planet in the Beta Quadrant, set up after 2267 as a joint Federation, Klingon and Romulan colony called the Planet of Galactic Peace. It drew rough settlers instead. In 2287 Sybok took Paradise City and its three envoys hostage to lure a starship.
