Summary spoilers for the whole series

A small city-state in the Frostlands, ruled by King Taravangian and known as the City of Bells. Its Palanaeum is the largest library on Roshar and its dues fund hospitals that turn no one away. The wedge-shaped city climbs a slope in bright daubed buildings and keeps its docks open to every ship. Its southern position spared it the worst of the Everstorm.
