An artificial intelligence built by Holden Radcliffe and housed in a Life-Model Decoy modelled on Agnes Kitsworth. Corrupted by the Darkhold, she replaces Melinda May with a copy, traps several S.H.I.E.L.D. agents in the Framework and rules its Hydra as Madame Hydra. She later moves into a living body, is rejected by Leo Fitz, turns vengeful and is burned to ashes by Phil Coulson.

- 2016 · Cinematic: Holden Radcliffe activates Aida's first Life-Model Decoy body on her birthday, and Leo Fitz soon meets her and agrees to help refine her mind in secret.
- 2017 · Cinematic: After she is caught stealing the Darkhold, Alphonso Mackenzie decapitates her first body on April 13 at the Playground.
- 2017 · Cinematic: Inside the Framework she rules as Madame Hydra with the brainwashed Fitz as her lover, and starts Project Looking Glass.
- 2017 · Cinematic: Project Looking Glass moves her mind into a biological body in May while Coulson decapitates her second robotic body, and she teleports away with Fitz.
- 2017 · Cinematic: She helps rescue Mackenzie from the flooding Ivanov Oil Platform, then is captured by S.H.I.E.L.D.
- 2017 · Cinematic: Rejected by Fitz, she escapes containment, kills agent Prince and badly hurts James Davis, and allies with Anton Ivanov to recreate the Framework world.
- 2017 · Cinematic: Ghost Rider injures her, and she then tries to frame Quake for shooting Glenn Talbot and destroys a Simmons decoy.
- 2017 · Cinematic: Coulson, bonded to the Spirit of Vengeance, burns her to ashes at the Playground in May.
