A stern Vanir warrior who lived among Asgardians and fought as one of the Warriors Three beside Thor, Sif and the rest. He joined the raid on Jotunheim, went to Earth to bring Thor home, and fought the Marauders on Vanaheim, where Thor let him stay with his people. He returned to lead the Einherjar against Hela and was killed by her in late 2017.
Comics
Hogun the Grim is an Asgardian warrior, not an Aesir by birth but from a land once conquered by Mogul, and a member of the Warriors Three alongside Fandral and Volstagg. He is a long-time ally of Thor. He died at Ragnarok but Thor revived him with the other Warriors Three, and later helped test Jane Foster as the new Thor.
