Skurge is an Asgardian Einherjar soldier who fought beside Thor on Vanaheim and was later made Bifrost guardian by the disguised Loki. Demoted to janitor when Loki's deception ended, he was pressed into service as Hela's Executioner. Disgusted by her brutality, he quietly sided with the fleeing Asgardians and died in late 2017 holding off her Berserkers on the Rainbow Bridge so their ship could escape.
