A Denobulan physician of the Interspecies Medical Exchange who was working at Starfleet Medical in San Francisco when he joined the Enterprise NX-01 as chief medical officer in 2151. He served through the Xindi mission and the early Coalition years and was still aboard at the Federation founding in 2161.
