Second planet of the Romulus system and capital of the Romulan Star Empire, settled by Vulcans after their exodus. Seat of the Senate, it hosted a Federation Alliance conference in 2375. Its sun went supernova in 2387 and the planet was shattered despite Spock's red matter attempt to stop it.

Capital world of the Romulan Star Empire. In the alternate reality Romulus still stands in 2258, as Christopher Pike tells Nero aboard the Narada, though Nero has already seen it destroyed in a future that did not happen there.
